Delivery conditions
- Free delivery of orders in Ukraine and Kyiv in the amount of UAH 1,000 or more.
- Delivery of orders up to UAH 1,000 in Ukraine and Kyiv is paid by the recipient at the tariffs of the carrier company.
- Orders are accepted and processed daily, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- All orders received before 12pm will be shipped on the day of order.
- Orders are shipped by Ukrposhta twice a week (Monday, Friday).
- During the promo period, due to the increased load on the warehouse, processing and shipping of orders may increase up to 3 working days.
- The delivery time depends on the logistics of the carrier company.
How does international shipping with Ukrposhta work?
- International delivery is carried out by the Ukrposhta carrier.
- The shipping cost is paid by the customer on our website upon placing the order.
- The cost of international delivery is fixed - 799 UAH.
