Colombia La Soledad is a mono-varietal from the Villa region, which is made from a rather rare variety of “pink bourbon” and grows at an altitude of 1640 meters above sea level. It originates from Colombia, is characterized by characteristic pink berries and grows at the foot of the Eastern Cordillera.

In a cup of the finished drink, there are notes of citrus fruits that give the coffee freshness. Delicate apricot creates a fruity sweetness, cane sugar makes the taste round and soft, and a delicate floral aftertaste of jasmine completes this profile.
