The beans come from the Huila region, La Soledad, in Colombia and grow at an altitude of 1,640 meters above sea level. Thanks to its favorable climate and fertile soils, this region is renowned for high-quality coffee with a distinctive flavor profile. The washed processing method preserves the coffee’s natural characteristics, enhancing its depth and richness.

During processing, the beans undergo fermentation for 36 hours before being decaffeinated. This process removes caffeine while maintaining the bean’s natural sweetness and complex flavor profile.
The taste features bright citrus notes harmoniously balanced with the warm sweetness of cane sugar. Subtle hints of spices add depth, creating an elegant balance between freshness and intensity, leaving a pleasant, lingering aftertaste.
